1、 Product Introduction:

Xenon Lamp Weathering Test Machine, also known as Xenon Lamp Weathering Test Chamber, Xenon Lamp Testing Machine, Xenon Lamp Weathering Test is an important means of screening and optimizing product composition in scientific research and production processes. It is also an important part of product quality inspection. Materials such as coatings, plastics, aluminum-plastic panels, and automotive safety glass are required to undergo weather resistance tests according to product standards.


The xenon lamp weather aging tester simulates that the main factors causing material aging are sunlight and humidity. The weather aging tester can simulate the damage caused by sunlight, rainwater, and dew. The xenon lamp weathering test chamber uses a xenon lamp to simulate the effect of sunlight exposure, and uses condensed moisture to simulate rainwater and dew. The tested material is placed in a cyclic program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing. It takes several days or weeks to reproduce the hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years. The artificial accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, improve existing materials, and evaluate how changes in the formula affect the durability of the product.
